The short version
Sarwar Hossain is a software engineer turned entrepreneur. He runs CodersBucket, a delivery and execution partner for agencies and product teams, and builds his own SaaS products and WordPress plugins alongside it. Lately most of his work is AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and n8n automation doing real business work, like hiring, content and operations.
Career
Sarwar graduated in Computer Science and Engineering in 2006 and spent his first three years as an engineer working in Java, PHP and C++, learning databases, deployments and what it takes to ship. From 2009 to 2012 he freelanced for clients around the world, learning to sell, scope and deliver on his own.
In 2012 he founded Instalogic, a software services company that spent years doing white-label web, mobile and custom-system delivery for agencies. Between 2014 and 2016 he also tried two product and e-commerce ventures, Eterno and Shohojbaazaar. Both closed, and he counts them among his most useful lessons.
From 2019 to 2024 he was VP Engineering for Simply Eloped, a US wedding booking platform, keeping one production system running and scaling while the business grew. During COVID-19 (2020–21) he worked as an IT consultant for the Department of ICT (DoICT), Government of Bangladesh. He guided the team there and architected CAMS, the Central Aid Management System, which was used to get aid funds to people.
He founded CodersBucket in 2020 and still runs it as CEO. In 2023 he launched GymCity, a fitness and trainer marketplace he owns end to end. In 2026 he started WebEquipe, a product company for website owners that makes WordPress plugins, Shopify apps and SaaS tools. Its first major release is PDF Search Pro.
